I bought it at Academy Sport Marlin 336 SS in .30-30 and when I opened the package, I noticed that the gun had several factory faults. The same day I returned it to the Remington factory because the gun was new.

I received from Remington customer service email that they got a gun. For six weeks, nobody called me to tell me what's going on with my gun. I called them and they told me that the Remington factory could not fix the gun and that they would replace my gun (I will not pay anything), and that they will send me in two weeks. Twelve weeks passed and again nobody ever called me to say when they sent the gun.

When I called them again, they only said they would send, but I still have to wait a few more weeks. How much and when do I wait to send a gun to me !!! I paid for a new gun, and I have no guns and no money !!

They packed practically used gun as new and sold and now the buyer does not have something that paid fair. What am I to do in this situation, can someone help me with some advice?
